ALPECO Summit 2026 is an international bilateral platform bringing together key stakeholders from Algeria and Poland to strengthen cooperation across economic, cultural, educational, and sports sectors.

2. Education & Academic Exchange, Day Two, 10 October

University-to-university partnership roundtable · presentations from participating institutions · scholarship and student mobility announcements · signing ceremony for new academic memoranda of understanding.

3. Cultural Exchange Program, Day Two, 10 October

Presentation of Algerian and Polish heritage · back-to-back folklore performances — Ahl El Fen (Algeria) and a Polish folklore ensemble · closing joint cultural showcase.

4. Sports Cooperation Session, Day Two, 10 October

Dialogue between sports federations and clubs · sport diplomacy talk · youth sport development and grassroots program planning.

5. Networking & Diplomatic Reception, Throughout the Summit
