TERMS AND CONDITIONS — MEMBERSHIP AND PARTNERSHIP REGISTRATION
ALPECO — Algeria Poland Exchange Council
Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of ALPECO's website forms for (a) yearly membership registration, and (b) partnership inquiry requests. By submitting either form, the user agrees to these terms.
Article 2 — Data Collected
For both forms, ALPECO collects: first name, surname, phone number, country, city, professional/personal background, and email address. This information is used solely for the purposes described in Article 3, in accordance with ALPECO's Privacy Policy.
Article 3 — Nature of Each Process
3.1 — Membership registration (yearly subscription)
This form constitutes a request to join ALPECO as a member under its statute and yearly subscription terms. Submission does not automatically confer membership — applications are subject to review and approval by ALPECO in accordance with its statute and internal membership procedures. Upon acceptance, the applicant will be notified of next steps, including payment of the yearly subscription fee where applicable.
3.2 — Partnership inquiry
This form is not an automated registration process. It constitutes an expression of interest in exploring a partnership with ALPECO. Submission does not create any partnership, agreement, or obligation between the applicant and ALPECO. A representative of ALPECO will contact the applicant to discuss the potential partnership further; any formal partnership will be established only through a separate, mutually agreed arrangement.
Article 4 — Accuracy of Information
The applicant confirms that the information provided is accurate and undertakes to update ALPECO of any relevant changes (e.g. contact details) for as long as their membership or partnership discussion is active.
Article 5 — Acceptance and Review
ALPECO reserves the right to accept, reject, or request clarification on any membership or partnership submission, at its discretion and in line with its statute and mission. Rejection does not require ALPECO to provide detailed justification, though applicants may request general feedback.
Article 6 — Withdrawal
Applicants may withdraw their membership application or partnership inquiry at any time prior to formal acceptance by notifying ALPECO at [contact email]. Existing members wishing to end their membership should refer to the relevant provisions in ALPECO's statute.
Article 7 — Data Protection
All personal data submitted through these forms is processed in accordance with ALPECO's Privacy Policy, available at [link]. By submitting the form, the applicant confirms they have read and accept the Privacy Policy.
Article 8 — Communications
By submitting either form, the applicant agrees to be contacted by ALPECO via the email or phone number provided, for purposes directly related to their membership or partnership request. This does not include marketing communications unless separately opted in.
Article 9 — Limitation of Liability
ALPECO is not liable for any indirect loss or inconvenience arising from delays in processing membership or partnership requests, technical issues with the website, or decisions made regarding acceptance or rejection of applications.
Article 10 — Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kraków, Poland.
Article 11 — Changes to These Terms
ALPECO may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version is always available on this page, with the effective date indicated below.
